We ensure that any AI-generated content is reviewed by a human before it reaches the student. This means that:

• Teacher Review: AI-generated worksheets, study materials, or recommendations are always reviewed and approved by a teacher before being used in the classroom.
• Parent Review: In situations where AI-generated materials are shared directly with parents (e.g., worksheets emailed for printing), parents have the opportunity to review the content before it is used by their child.

Synthesizing Data for Personalized Learning

We use AI to synthesize various types of data to better understand and support each student's unique needs. This includes:

• Parent-Submitted Data: Information provided by parents about their child's learning preferences, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Progress Notes: Ongoing observations and records of a student's progress.
• Teacher Feedback: Insights and feedback from teachers regarding a student's performance and engagement.
• Assessments and Lesson Plan Reviews: Data from our internal assessments and lesson plan evaluations.

To protect student privacy, we use AI to de-personalize any image submitted by parents. This process converts their image into a character resembling those from Pixar™ movies. This helps us ensure the safety and privacy of our students while maintaining engaging visual content.
