Flexible Schedule We have multiple options available that maintain the flexibility you love about homeschooling with the support you need to be successful. A Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserve, Andrew Learned founded GradePower Learning Valrico's location in 2013 so kids could earn scholarships the way he did and graduate college debt-free.

He was since elected to the Florida House of Representatives serving Brandon, Lithia, and Riverview serving on the Early Learning sub-committee. Andrew Learned owner/director Philip Cottone is a career educator and school administrator formerly serving as Assistant Principal with Hillsborough County Public Schools and as the Director of Gifted Studies for Florida Virtual School. Phil Cottone Owner/Director Therese started at GradePower Learning as an SAT tutor and has grown and led the program, along with all our other afterschool tutoring students, for nearly 10-years. She's a Chemical Engineer by training from USF. Therese Doebler Director Nina formerly ran Silicon Valley Tutoring before relocating here with her family. She's experienced with reading & math students and is additionally fluent in Japanese. Nina Cowan Director Julius spent a career in computer science and now is enjoying his retirement while helping local students with the challenging mathematics on the SAT & ACT tests.
